Field day agenda
The upcoming field day will start with guest being greated by Prof. Henryk Bujak, Director of COBORU and Norbert Styrc, MSc, Director of COBORU Experimental Station in Pawlowice for opening of the field show. First lecture of the day will be about Environmentally friendly agricultural systems lead by prof. dr hab. Bogdan Kulig, University of Agriculture in Krakow. Next, Wlodzimierz Zurek, MSc, IJHARS in Katowice (AGRICULTURAL AND FOOD QUALITY INSPECTION) will talk about Quality control of organic products, important subject in organic agriculture.
Continuing on prof. dr. hab. Henryk Bujak, dyrektor COBORU will talk about Organic breeding, organic variety trials and seed production to make Europe’s food systems sustainable and diversified, topic that is significant part of LiveSeedings work.
Last but not least Weronika Jaksik, MSc, Paulina Bieniek – COBORU SDOO Pawłowice and Tomasz Lenartowicz, PhD, COBORU will talk about the Implementation of organic varietal trails at COBORU followed by a discussion for guest to ask questions regarding the discussed topics.
