The transition towards 100% organic seed use is one of the most important milestones for the future of European organic farming. To support this process, LiveSeeding is hosting an online stakeholder event: “Cross-country exchange – seed supplier’s perspective on reaching 100% organic seed by 2037.”
This interactive session will bring together experts, authorities, control bodies, seed companies, food processors, and traders to exchange knowledge and explore pathways for scaling up organic seed supply across Europe.
Participants will hear regulatory updates, market overviews, and industry perspectives, followed by crop-specific case studies from across Europe. Contributions will cover oats in France, durum wheat in Italy, grasses and clover in Denmark, vegetables in Portugal and Germany, and more.
