From 29 September to 2 October 2025, LiveSeeding partners will gather in Einbeck, Germany, for the project’s Annual General Meeting (AGM25). Hosted by KWS and Bingenheimer Saatgut AG, the four-day meeting will combine strategic planning sessions, technical discussions, and field visits.
With the project entering its final year, the AGM will focus on aligning work across all work packages to maximise impact and prepare final deliverables. Highlights of the programme include sessions on cultivar evaluation, business models for scaling up organic seed systems, updated policy roadmaps, and training and event planning for 2026.
Partners will also visit organic seed treatment and breeding facilities at KWS, as well as Bingenheimer Saatgut’s production, testing, and packaging sites. This year’s AGM aims to strengthen collaboration, refine outputs, and ensure the project leaves a lasting legacy for the organic seed sector in Europe.
